Abstract:

The persistence of unemployment is a destabilizing factor in social life and a disruption of socio-identity relationships. In the peripheric regions of Europe the social dynamics of employment show a difficulty in articulating the school and the employment life phases, with evident effects on the individual paths of people. Focused on personal trajectories, this project analyses the forms of relationship that new generations have with employment and their productive integration on a regional scale, highlighting the harmful impacts of unemployment on personal trajectories and ways of micro-scale intervention.
