Valadas<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Resumo<\/span> <\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Este projeto explorat\u00f3rio pretende dar um primeiro passo na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o idadismo em Portugal, come\u00e7ando pela sua an\u00e1lise em contexto de trabalho. Precisamos, no entanto, de instrumentos quantitativos que nos elucidem sobre a dimens\u00e3o do fen\u00f3meno.
