Pretende-se dinamizar pr\u00e1ticas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o participativa, que envolvam quem aprende nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o sobre o que aprendem e que capacitem os adultos mais velhos para se afirmarem como agentes de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e participa\u00e7\u00e3o c\u00edvica, com impacto nas suas comunidades.
