In recent years, CEAD researchers have analyzed the following areas more intensively:<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">G\u00e9nero, desigualdades e participa\u00e7\u00e3o social \u2013 cruzando uma s\u00e9rie de temas tradicionais na educa\u00e7\u00e3o de adultos, como a aprendizagem n\u00e3o-formal e informal, educa\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o, trabalho e participa\u00e7\u00e3o social, analisados sob uma \u00f3tica interseccional. <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Estudantes n\u00e3o-tradicionais no Ensino Superior \u2013 com um foco nas din\u00e2micas de igualdade e desigualdade de grupos minorit\u00e1rios de estudantes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pol\u00edticas de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Adultos \u2013 analisando o cen\u00e1rio Portugu\u00eas, mas tamb\u00e9m o contexto Europeu e de outros pa\u00edses fora da Europa, como o Brasil.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e aprendizagem dos adultos mais velhos \u2013 tentando compreender as rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre a comunidade, bem-estar e aprendizagem, e estudando os fen\u00f3menos de desigualdade entre os mais velhos.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Os investigadores do CEAD, no entanto, est\u00e3o sempre atentos a novas \u00e1reas, temas e problemas emergentes que afetam a popula\u00e7\u00e3o adulta \u2013 oportunidades de usar a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o para contribuir para a melhoria das din\u00e2micas sociais e da vida individual e coletiva.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A educa\u00e7\u00e3o de adultos \u00e9 um campo cient\u00edfico ecl\u00e9tico, que abarca muitas perspetivas investigativas diferentes.
